Postage, condition, pricing and selling, answered.
How much is postage?
Small orders of singles go untracked letter for $2.50. Tracked postage is $9.95 and is required on orders over $50. Orders over $75 ship tracked for free.
Is the card in the photo the card I get?
Yes. Every single over $5 is photographed front and back, and the listing shows that exact copy, not a stock image. What you see is what goes in the toploader.
How do you grade condition?
We use five grades: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged. Our grading guide shows real examples of each. If a card arrives below the grade we listed, we refund it.
How do you set your prices?
Each card shows our price in AUD next to the US market price converted to AUD and the landed cost of importing it, so you can compare. Our How we price page explains the method.
What are deck kits?
Deck kits are complete, ready-to-play lists we can always fill from our own shelf, with one price and one click. They include a League-legal Pokémon starter deck, Riftbound legend upgrades and Commander precon upgrade packs.
Can I sell or consign my cards?
Yes. Send us a list or photos and we will make an offer in cash or store credit, with a prepaid satchel to post them in. For higher-value cards you can consign instead and keep 75–80% of the sale price.
What is your returns policy?
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. If a card is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
